Named for one of the movers-and-shakers of the French nobility who was an ace during the Revolutionary War, our Lafayette wall sconce has just a hint of swagger given the aged wood and rust distressing the surfaces of the fixture have received. Design elements that hint at the sconce’s French roots are the motifs hand-carved into the wood and the acanthus leaf crown.
