Returns

You have three (3) days after delivery to contact us via email to initiate the return process. Your return must be due to the fact that your item was received damaged. Under no other circumstances will a refund or exchange be processed. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be returned in original packaging. Your item must have the receipt and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item.

If your return is approved, will initiate either your refund, replacement or store credit at your choice. If you choose to receive a refund, you will receive the refund in the allotted number of days as set forth by your original payment method.

Steps to initiate Returns:

1 - Email photo(s) of the damaged item to mybellavitastyle@gmail.com

2 - Include your name, address and telephone number

3 - You will be contacted by our Returns Manager within 24 hours

4 - You may either (a) receive a full refund, (b) choose for the item to be replaced at our expense or (c) receive store credit

5 - If you choose store credit, your credit must be used within seven (7) days of receipt
